About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of the OneAIM portfolio across the Sellafield site, helping to remove blockers, improve delivery confidence and support achievement of financial year commitments. The position is based full time on the Sellafield site, with a requirement to be on-site 5 days per week due to the client-facing nature of the role. Roles & Responsibilities: Understand and deliver in accordance with organisational policies, Sellafield governance, processes and procedures. Establish and maintain a clear RACI for blockers, recovery actions, escalations and delivery accountabilities. Track blocker impact on delivery, schedule, benefit realisation and financial year spend. Maintain an Opportunities Register to identify actions that can accelerate delivery, reduce risk and support financial year spend. Review approved work scope and support sentencing to the most appropriate route, including ECI, direct delivery or supply chain delivery. Produce concise performance updates, dashboards and senior stakeholder reports, highlighting key risks, blockers, opportunities, decisions and benefits. Support governance, performance and assurance reviews with accurate management information. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in project, programme, portfolio or delivery management. Experience working in a highly regulated environment, ideally nuclear or Sellafield. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, Operational Units, project teams and supply chain partners. Ability to challenge constructively, drive accountability and follow actions through to completion. Knowledge of ECI, direct delivery and supply chain delivery routes. NEC3 or NEC4 awareness would be beneficial. Degree level qualification, project management qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous. Relevant security clearance, or ability to achieve SC clearance or above, in line with site access requirements.
