Key Responsibilities: · Experimental work in a chemistry lab. · Leading the design and development of innovative drug delivery formulations. · Leading independent long-term research. · Develop and perform physical and chemical tests to evaluate products. · Write and present progress reports. · Highly skilled in laboratory work. · Experience in formulation development – mandatory. · Ability to work independently in an organized and systematic manner. · High technical capability. · Ability to design and conduct research, troubleshoot and solve problems arising during development. · Highly self-motivated. · Excellent written and oral communication abilities. · Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work in a team. · Self-learning ability. · Initiative, creativity and flexibility of thought together with critical thinking. Qualifications: · Advanced scientific degree (MSc / PhD) with research experience in chemistry/ chemical engineering · Advanced level in English
